gave birth to like 200 tomatoes in 2 weeks! And I got stuck with a bowl full everytime I went to the house. What was I going to do with 20 tomatoes? So I just got done making mango salsa. Its still hot from cooking it but it is damn good and has a nice kick to it too. I cant wait til its chilled. 🙂 Thought id share… I still have about 10 more tomatoes…any suggestions? ---
