If I drive a car on a drive on lift and scrape the bumper. I am liable for the damage. I can tell you to piss off but customer service brings back customers.

I am only guessing here, but when they put a car on the dyno, they put a hose over the exhaust to run it outside. The hose came off of my car when they dyno’d it, but it is possible exhaust was going back towards the bumper from the hose not fitted properly. Just an edumacated guess though…
Any pics of the burned bumper?

i can take pics sure, but the burned bumper is from the axle back literally pressing against the underneath of my bumper. not from gases coming out of it. if that was the case then it would be my fault not Mikes.

Maybe when moving the heat disipates before really effecting the bumper, but while sitting still it just rose and melted it.
just a thought.

I think with the heat though it would melt the adhesive and it would fall right off in a few days.
