It’s sad that the legal system would surely entertain the case and waste taxpayer funds on such garbage. There’s no way to prove the cookie was for anything but personal consumption. Especially since the kids have denied taking his food in the past and the administration didn’t do anything there is no history to suggest the food would have been tainted with purpose. Just play their game and deny everything and stick to the story. 8) It blows me away that parents have ALREADY raised shitty kids…at the 2nd grade level!!! I would have made a nice warning label in cursive… Odds are the kids stealing it can’t read cursive very well yet. If this were one of my kids… After the ND offense the wife would be bitching at the shitty teacher and then the principal. It’s good to be part of the PTA. You get to know the powers that be, and the trouble makers. ex. Idiot in my kids ST grade class has been suspended 5 or 6 times this year. The only thing that sucks with this is the kids don’t know better. At their age they have not reached the “age of reason”, or even close to it. They are simply doing what their shitbag parents have modeled for them. I’d rather see the parents get lynched or stolen from the more I think about this. ---

Kids know better if they are TAUGHT to know better. I know damn well my 6yr old first grade daughter knows its not right to take things from other people.
