Toronto is a lot bigger than Buffalo, so, more bums, all big cities have them. Some are a sad situation, a lot are just lazy. Personally If i were a bum aI would start walking down south in the late summer early fall, what the hell else ya got to do? Sure beate being in Buffalo in the winter.
