# sold: honda d15b engine

SOLD
a friend left me this motor to me last year, its a 92 honda engine. i think its got about 120,000 miles on it, my friend said it was a running engine, that it just needed a water pump. there is a sticker on a cover with the numbers NP10-A1-01, a bar code, and D15B7-1576051(i’m posting a pic of the sticker as well as a general pic of the engine). i’m not into hondas so i dont know much about it. its got the factory exhaust manifold on it still as well as some of the wiring harness. i’d like $150 (obo) for it. i can try to answer any questions that anyone has. thanks

as far as i know the d15b7 came from the HF models
I know thats the engine used in the 88 - 91 Crx hf, it yeilds a massive 62 hp
and gets 45+ mpg.
I’m not 100% sure if much changed from 91 - 92.

i think they had 102 hp in the 92s. that’s stock, to the crank.

D15b7 was in the 92-95 dx

yup my old motor. all it needs is a water pump/ it started to leak. i decided to swap in the d16z6 since it would make a good lab grade.

its out in wyoming county, but with 24 hours notice i can get it as far as east aurora.
