SPC in question VOLUNTARILY signed up to have GWBush as his COMMANDER IN CHIEF. This is a VERY clear statement before he even leaves town.

You are trying to justify his disregard, and there is no way to do so.

As if: You sign for a new Bimmer 335, sign a 50k loan, then 3k miles later you decide you do not like how BMW is running their corporate operations so you stop paying your loan.
