full replacement.
you must drop your sub frame entirely to re&re them

Perfect for me my subframe is already drop bushing burn and not able to find this fucking bushing without buying a full energy kit.

Get em from Bingzor! If your old ushings are already out. Slap some grease all over them. Smash em in.
Easy EASY install. Putting the sub frame back up and in may prove to be a bit difficult

Personal experience, when re-installing ; be careful and make sure you line up perfectly as aluminum has no give.

Took me a good hour and a half to get mine back in.
I decided to assembly everything on the floor thou so I can anti seize, lock tite and then torque all the bolts rather then trying to do while it was all on the car. So the weight of everything on the Subframe made it quite a bit more difficult.
I’d imagine if you put the Subframe up by itself first, then install everything else afterward it may not be as difficult or time consuming.
