Surprisingly quiet as well. Did you buy the body/lens seperately. I thought the normal 40D kits came with an 18-135mm lens. ---

40D is a great camera ! cool pix, hockey is tough to shoot, and that last pic i bet you could sell prints of, awesome pic ---
