I may be up lifetime at the casino…but it’s cost me a shit ton of money…

example

“meh, let’s go to the casino”

Money taken out of ATM: $300

Money won: $700

new total: $1000

this immediately leads to some random impulse buy like a TV, or a jacket, or a watch…that normally I wouldn’t have purchased.

End result: -$300

Or my personal favorite

“Let’s goto the casino”

ATM: $500

Money Won: $1200

new total: $1700

End result: $3000 of furniture purchased
