The DA told my lawyer she would offer a disorderly conduct charge which is a violation not a crime and a fine… Yes, you are right, shit COULD happen like myself getting in trouble again or something else, but thus far thats what the outcome is looking like… Unfortunately, the DA can make all the deals they want, but it’s on the judge to decide if that is a suitable punishment for the crime/violation/molestation/whatever. I’m not kidding when I say I wish you the best of luck in the situation, and everyone makes mistakes, but the judge always has the final say even if a deal is presented.
