Look like they flipped the face, but it’s not a two-piece? Maybe they are some kind of special order set. Could put quite some force on lugs.

that offset would stick out of my 50mm widebody…ridiculous, deffinatly appears to be custom ordered.

seriously though
17 x 10 -52
17 x 9 -69
10 x 25.4mm = 254mm / 2 = 127mm - 52mm = 75mm
basically on that 10" wheel the mounting pad is less than 3" from the inner lip. (25.4 x 3 = 76.2 \> 75)
but even worse is that 9" wheel with a -69 offset.
9 x 25.4mm = 228.6mm overall width. / 2 = 114.3mm on each side of centre - 69mm = 45.3mm left on the inner lip, distance from mounting pad.
that means on that 9" rim the mounting pad is less than 2" from the inner-most part of the lip (25.4 x 2 = 50.8 \> 45.3mm)
and to think that you will need spacers to clear Zbrakes…lol
