Plead not guilty. And just admit to speeding, tell them the other guy was just speeding and trying to chase you/follow you. Or did you already admit that you were racing? ---

Or did you already admit that you were racing? all that i said about racing that night was when the officer asked if i knew why she pulled me over. i said yes. thanks for a ll the support guys…anymore advice/tricks??? the ticket is all correct but doesnt have an officer name, just a badge number, some sort of officer number, and a squigly line for a signature. ---

a few people that i may be able to get a thing that looks like a permit, but it only allows me to drive to and from work. is this true? if so, what are the requirments to get it? (ie no moving violation tickets? over 21?) how do i go about applying for one? ---

You should just forget about getting one… you are NOT elegible for a OLL (Occupational Limited License) if you are convicted of a few things, I know for a fact that “Racing on Highways”, “Passing a school bus”, and “PA Drug and Cosmetic Act” violations are not elegible. So looks like your going to be riding with mommy to work for a while… believe me, I know it sucks.
