# Speed signal wire on sr20det ecu

Well, im installing a turbo timer and I cant figure out which wire is the speed signal wire. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Thanks alot, im sorta new to this stuff. My problem is that there are a few wires with those colors and im not sure how you count pins on a ecu.

Yellow will be the main colour, green will be the smaller stripe.

Don’t remember which side to look from, but try both, and which ever counts out to 32 being yellow/green is the side to look from.

You can tell which side by where the screw on the plug is. Like in the diagram the blue plastic goes “up” on the plug above the rest of the plug where the screw is so you can use that as reference to figure out which side the pin is on.
