Now lets say they are looking for someone, and I seem to fit the description. So they tell me to stop, and ask me questions about where I last was, what am I doing, where am I going, all that fun stuff. So I start to get annoyed because, you know, I have done nothing wrong and am being asked bullshit questions. So I answer them anyways, in the best manner I can. Now say they don’t believe me, and try to arrest me because they think I am the guy wanted for _insert crime here_. Should I really have to listen to them? And should I have to suffer the consequences for not listening to them, even though I know I have done nothing wrong? I think it is safe to assume that your ‘rules’ are not rules, but merely a guideline to which in most circumstances you should do. I’m not saying don’t cooperate with cops, but I cooperate to a point.
