I’m about to cancel my sprint phone, so that’s good info. Thanks for the warning…as I also use the auto-pay. And I’m not getting rid of Sprint because the service sucks, it’s actually been great. They gave me a verizon phone at my new job, and I don’t need 2. But while we’re on the subject, Verizon “caller instructions” on the voicemail blow, you can’t turn them off. It wants me to put in my password everytime I call my voicemail? WTF is that about? Oh, and lastly, the frigging thing says “verizon wireless” on the screen, and that’s not my banner, it’s separate. Honestly, Verizon’s “network” doesn’t impress me. ---

I’ve had Verizon for about 6 years and at first I hated it but I think that was just because I had the shittiest phones (Some Motorola one, then a Kyocera, then an LG VX7000 camerphone), but once I got the e815 it changed my outlook. I think in a year of owning it I’ve dropped maybe 2 calls. ---

I have a new treo 700w and verizon and drop at least 4-5 calls/day and have 1 bar for the majority of the time, unless I am in downtown Pittsburgh. If I go into a building or my house, it drops a bar or 2. Verizon sucks. I would get rid of it but work pays for it. I would never pay for verizon’s horrible service.
