is it worth the swap?

Definintly a good upgrade for a ca.  
The .ar on a st t25 is much better, you’ll get more flow at the same psi as a ca t25.  
It will spool up slightly slower though.

see i knew its a bigger turbo from searching, but more or less i wanted to know if this is an upgrade worth my time.

if the differences are too slight to tell, then i woudlnt bother.

You should feel the differences.  
If you’re planning on changing out that manifold, definitly do the sr t25 aswell.

Check [www.nicoclub.com](http://www.nicoclub.com), they have a specific CA forum, should be some threads regarding SR t25’s.
