# SR vs Ka powersteering pump

is it possible to use a kade pump on a redtop sr?

dont quote me on this but i think all you have to do is change the pully.
i may be way out to lunch, but someone has to know and should shed some light
sr ps pumps are easy to come by anyways man

You also need to swap over the tiny little black bracket that attaches to the PS Pump itself. Its the part that is used to adjust the tension for the belt etc etc. The KA one is different so it wont line up with the SR Bracket that attaches to the block.
Hopefully thats understandable… But I myself am running a DOHC KA Power Steering Pump on my SR.
