# sr20 tach signal

having problems getting my afc neo to read a tach sig from the ecu anyone know if the is another location to retrieve a proper tach sig from???

is it the right wire

i think its yellow with a red stripe

depends if its s13 or s14 sr they are diff colours

s13 yellow red stripe pin out #3 im getting a reading on my multimeter that varies from .5v-1v when i rev the motor but neither the afc nor my autometer tack will read anything???

Are you getting a reading at all? If so if its not accurate U could have the Number of CYLs screwy… make sure You have the right wire… and have the neo set up properly…
