hey is there any good ways how maintain your SR20 engine or any other turbo charged cars? because im sorta new to turbo cars ---

Well SR20’s are pretty sweet engines but if you want to keep it that way you have to add some Aunt Jemima’s syrup to your oil. Just change your oil with synthetic every 4-5k. Do 3k intervals if you beat the shit out of it. ---

Oil takes time to break in especially synthetic and even more so when switching brands. But SR’s are good motors, i have about 65000 kms on mine and none of it was driven nicely. The only thing that went was a waterpump and alternator. (alt was my fault tho) ---

i have LOTS of problems with my sr…it seems like it wants to die on me at the worste times for exampple this weekend i went out to lethbridge and on my way back in that huuuge snow storm my alt belt got loose n the car died…not a big problem but a HUGE piss off had to tow my car back to leth for 160 and get that stupid belt tightend for 75 buks… man was it ever a shitty weekend lol also when i went to canmore a couple weeks ago i got to drive home the next day and my turbo came loose from the mani so i had a huuge boost leak n had to drive super slow all the way home…lol ---
