i bought this 94 nissan pickup thats lifted and will have 35’s… I miss my old turbo car and want a lil project… im only considering this If the tranny will bolt up… I have the sohc ka24 in this truck that runs great but would be more interesting with boost! haha… im not making a race truck but i think it would be great to have a decent lifted lil pick up with a good ol sr20det in it… and 35’s… I only got 200$ into this truck… and its not rusted out so i think it would be a different kind of project since i love turbo’s. and can t live with out a truck… So… !. i know most det swaps consist of a tranny shipped with the motor… and swapped… but isn t because there built to handle the beating? or is it cause the factory tranny in the 240’s don t bolt up to the sr20’s… just feeling things out… let me know! ---

i think the transmission from the dual cam’s will match up. i dont think yours will work. you will have to get a real “sr20 person” to varify that though. good luck with the project. ---

KA factory transmission will bolt up to the sr bell housing that will then work with the sr20. The better way to go is just get a full swap from hybrid. ---

I paid 2750 for my blacktop sr20det. I got it from a friend in canada.
