# sr20det wont rev past 2500rpm

Ok I’ve finished my sr swap on my s13, and “sometimes” it won’t let me rev past 2500rpm. I’ve tried a another maf and it worked for about an hour and then all of a sudden it starts bogging on me while driving. If I sprayed the maf out with intake cleaner, it works again for about an hour, then starts to bog at 2500rpm again. I did find one intercooler pipe loose, but didn’t solve the problem.

And this is a stock sr set up, stock ic and all. Just after market hks bov.

Any suggestions would be great.

do a boost leak test… go over all hoses, vac hoses, clamps

I’m running stock sr maf, and unfortunately I’m heading up to the cottage, so ill give you a shout when I get back. Thanks Kyle, we will have to give it a try.
