Technically you dont own your car the bank does I could have installed the cam myself, I just didnt have the tools, lift etc to do it. I had MORE done to the car then just a “cam installed”. I had a ported LS6 oil pump put in and shit which consisted of the motor being jacked up, pan being dropped etc. I Dont have the tools to do something like that…I didnt have any valve spring compressor tools or anything. The Cam install with the full valve train was only $600. Thats not shit for that. and I wanted it tuned right after the cam went in. Why is it a big deal that I paid a professional to do the work? its my money, not yours. I spent it how I wanted to spend it and have it done right.
