This is a floor model, doesnt need to be in the window  
Comes with everything including remote  
$310 at walmart, you can probably still return it and get store credit

not yet, some guy in rennsalaer came to the shop and wanted to sell me everything in his shop as it was closing down but he didnt wanna split shit up and I couldnt store lifts, tool boxes, fans, heaters ext.
