Get OEM shit. Ive dealt with a few of these trucks and the aftermarket ends are junk. Holes dont line up and the parts dont stay on right.

You can swap to a '98+ rear bumper and just fill the three holes on each side of the bed where the ends bolt on or get a roll pan and do the same.
