I have placed two orders with them over the course of this year. First order I got the inverse of one of the stickers, contacted them, got “oh the wife was packing” or something, never got a replacement. Second order just recently, ordered placed 10/14/11, was changed to awaiting shipment on 11/1/11, got it 11/3/11 and it was missing a sticker. I contacted them that night, was told they had found it and didnt know what order it was missing from, but that they would send it to me with some freebies. Still have not received it.
