# stiffen steering?

is there a way to tighten up the steering so that there is not as much play in the wheel?

Phillip is right, check your suspension. One of my ball joints is shot and the steering is all out of wack because of it.

uprading your front bushings to a polyurethane bushing will also improve steering response. and if you get a smaller steering wheel…

if push comes to shove and you REAALY want STIFFER steering… get a smaller steering wheel…

PS, don’t EVER plan on getting rid of your power steering if you do.  
I have a 300mm steering wheel on mine, I love it. it’s not everyones taste though…

you could always get some custom lower control arms and/or T/C rods and jack the caster WAY up. that’d also make it harder to turn the wheel.
