There is an adapter available for cable equipped transmissions that converts the mechanical signal into an electronic signal. Or find a tailshaft for a 1990 454SS (only year for TH400 in 454SS), or possibly a '87, '88, '89, or 1990 EFI’d TH400 (should be electronic speedo).
