These rates are the same for you or less so if you want 15% capital gains tax invest in long term investments. I would venture to bet your long term capital gains taxes are actually 0%. Short term capital gains taxes are the same as normal income. People who make more than ~370k get taxed 35% on short term capital gains. Take your spoon-fed bullshit somewhere else. All you have talked about was raising taxes in any of your government arguments, yet nothing about cutting spending.
