My understanding is that there were problems with drunk spectators on stage 7 _in a non-designated spectator area_ (which is why you didn’t see anything out-of-the-ordinary going on at Colton Point), someone was arrested.

as for 10, that isn’t clear yet. I’m watching this thread because I expect an official response will be posted there, if anywhere.
