# strange electrical issues Please help

I have a 92 240 hatch.  
My interior lights don’t work, the radio doesn’t have power, the dash clock only works when the doors are closed, and for some reason the dash thinks the doors are open.  
This all started after put a new hatch on. It started raining before I could wire the wiper, defroster, and lights so the ends are cut and taped until it stops raining.  
Thats pretty much the best description I can give. Any ideas?

so im assuming the answer is yes everything worked fine before so with that said have you tried to disconect everything you did wire wise to see if everything go’s back to normal?

if not try and see what happens if so its problem the way your wiring it.

i havent wired anything, the wires are cut off and taped because wiring in the rain sucks.

are they touching each other while they are taped together this may cause a short or some funny stuff to happen .

no, i always wrap wires individually for that reason.

found it. there were 3 blown fuses, the radio fuse was fine though but im not gonna question it.
