# Streaming .mkv and x264 files from PC to xbox 360

how are some of you guys streaming bluray rips to your tv’s? ive done research on it and have heard a lot of different ways. I tried gotsent already to convert the .mkv’s to mp4s. im thinking of trying out TVersity when i get home from work as well.

most of the rips available to download online are larger than 4gb, which is not readable by xbox unless they’re converted.

thoughts?

TVersity can do it. There is a codec package you wil need to install to decode them.

I tried several things with the 360 and nothing works well, especially for 1080p.
