what does it take to make an atv street legal in NY ? ive always wondered if it was possible to build something like this and register it, whats the line between car, atv and motorcycle ? lets say you built a 4 wheel motorcycle like the dodge tomahawk, the wheels are right next to each other, and falls over w/o a kick stand, so is it still a motorcycle i guess but what if you space the wheels and still ride on top (like quadrazuma), is it an ATV or motorcycle? id so build a quadrazuma out of a high power sport bike, the vin # would make it much easier to register … all you did was change the wheel count … --- _[View the full topic](https://forums.speedlife.net/t/street-leagl-atv/13772)._
