I like the show, but i have to agree with the nhra here. Forget ratings and all that bullshit and forget the fact that it is done on blocked roads with lighting set up. We have already seen several cars bite it. Wait for one to get obliterated by a pole or concrete at nearly 200mph and someone get killed. The show will get pulled really fucking quick. The nhra and ihra exists because a need for safety it that motorsport.
I will continue to watch the show, but i would like to see something other than rear drive drag cars.

The fastest one in the country runs high 7s and a low 5 1/8th.

I think the record is 4.1 but im pretty sure these guys don’t fall under x275 because of CID/turbo size.
They’re really moving for a full size car I have a friend with a rail car that doesn’t even go that fast.

Yeah being a TnT guy I don’t follow class so much. I saw a mustang post a 4.1x the other day on a 1.0 60ft haha. Pretty sure it was an x275 car

That’s guy looks funny lol. Anyway AMS is currently the gtr King. I know they say it’s still full weight with interior and such. I get that these guys are stupid fast at the track but what are their times like on the street? Anyone know?

people always think you can throw power at a street outlaws scenario when it’s all about traction.
which makes me think they should do a roll race episode, but they won’t.
