# Street parking rules?

Is there any laws governing how close you can park to another car on the street? Looking outside my car has two cars front and back that are 6 inches away leaving no way to get out. Is there anything that I can do other than key the shit out of it tomorrow when I need to get out

Yes there is.  
Shit in the air filter, so when they turn on the a/c all they smell is your shit.
