It looks like you aren’t going to, but make sure you don’t cut out that black strip across the bumper. It needs to be there for the grill to fit right. ---

100% done! I have so many pics, but I need to re-size them and upload them. So, they will be here Monday. I am off to innovative tomorrow to get the car tuned, and then it should be back to good as new. Start to finish, the project probably took me… 9 hours. I was very cautious though, and spent more time then necessary on some parts, because I had the time, and was in no rush. –mark ---

Does it fit on the 05 STi hood? If so, i’d gladly go to the WRX scoop and a wingless trunk. –mark ---

yea should bolt on fine, they’re all the same hood they just get different scoops. Wingless trunk might be hard to find though, most people hold on to them. Theres a trunk trade thread on nesic though that might be worth a shot. ---

I have a camera full of pics, but I have my resizing script and all my editing tools at work, so i’m going to until I go into work to upload them. I did add some reflective heat wrap around the cold side pipe, where it goes over the turbo though. This, combined with the factory heat shield, should help keep my charge cold. ---

[/quote] I am sure that it is going to still get warm, but any insulated/reflective material over that turbo is going to help out. I know the air is rushing through there pretty fast, but it isnt going to hurt it, thats for sure.
