Ok, so this is another rant about the tire shop on 51. Everything was fine until today. My stupid air pressure light came on yet another time today. Well if it wasn’t bad enough that the dude who put the plug in on Saturday forgot to add more air after he was done, I find out today, that he didn’t do it right. I’m driving down the road and what do ya know, light comes on so I take it to Esseys, and avoid the other place I went to on Saturday. After a short wait, the guy comes out and tells me it’s fixed. That the guy who did it Saturday did a halfass job. I can’t do anything but laugh it off now and never go back to the other place. I’m not the type of person to call and complain about things but when it comes to something I dish out a nice chunk of change for, I expect it to be fixed right the first time. I’m an understanding person but I was the ONLY person in the joint on Saturday so why rush and do something half-assed? It’s only gonna piss off your customer and create more of a problem!!! Needless to say, the people today were very VERY nice so looks like I’ll be going back there from now on! ---

Esseys is a great place, I drive about 40 miles to them for tires… ---

im glad u went to essays i live like 2 mins from there and its a great place… its pretty bad when i walk in there and they know me by my name from all the tires i bought lol
