# Stupid people today thread: sponsored by Xanax

BUMP
Parking in a parking garage is such a fiasco on average of 3-5 times a week i see priceless stuff. Attempts to put a Suburban into a space that could fit a Smart Car, people stopping at the top of the ramps looking right at a big sign with a right pointing arrow and they take a left. People going up and up at a crawling pace with eagle eyes looking for that one abandoned spot on a lower level so it take 5 minutes to go up 4-6 levels and discover an almost entirely open parking level!
This isnt a hard task people.
So today I watched Austin Powers try to go around these idiots that parked at the end of the row, that is marked (though be it faded) NOT a parking spot. This lady I watched turn, get scared, back up, (without turning the wheel btw) pull forward (into the same damn tire tracks) and repeat until I was facepalming and laughing for a good 2 minutes. People beeping behind me, lining up getting pissed… I had enough and took a left and went on… the rest followed!
Its worse than it looks in the pics.
Soooo, someone took it upon themselves to leave a note. :ninja

Oh and that’s why I resorted to taking the bus to DT Albs for work. So much better for my stress levels haha. Plus in the scheme of things its cheaper than gas/milage/wear and tear/cost of parking.

Odds are if you park like that you are the oblivious person who won’t even notice the sign and when they are driving 50 in the fast lane later it will be a welcome invitation for a pit maneuver.
