i found hatch struts for my car, since mine are totally shot…on ebay, they are not stock, and the seller claims they will work on the car, but i remain skeptical since these are about $25 less for the pair than OEM would be…

just curious what some opinions or experiences on here have been regarding parts similar to these, and looking for recommendations as to what i should go for…

here’s the auction for the aftermarket ones:

[http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SACHS-HATCH-STRUT-90-96-NISSAN-300ZX-O2070-183896\_W0QQitemZ8034614815QQcategoryZ42612QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem](http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SACHS-HATCH-STRUT-90-96-NISSAN-300ZX-O2070-183896_W0QQitemZ8034614815QQcategoryZ42612QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

and a different aftermarket brand, even cheaper:

here’s an auction the closest to OEM i could find:

that’s nuts…i’d rather just keep a piece of wood with me to lodge in the hinge somewhere to keep it open than pay $80+
