99 i think impreza 2.5 rs AUTO

was overheating

replaced thermo  
replaced Rad cap  
Checked water pump  
checked flow and for leaks on radiator

the shop that has been doing the work now say “must be the headgasket”

anyone know the labor for that? timewise? avarage cost?

any ideas OTHER than the headgasket as i don’t understand it increasing temps?

its 9 hours plus sending the head out for decking
