Well about an hour total time to install, minus a little to find the tools I needed. Nice difference from stock setup. It feels much more agressive going into the corners. I can’t wait to launch it at the track!. I am going to post some pictures of th install process for those thinking about doing it, I would certainly recommend this as one of the best valued upgrades. Its easy to do and provides a great return in the suspension dept. …Dan ---

I’ve heard really good things about the rear subframe spaces being replaced from stock. Especially in the 240sx. Good buy :lol: ---

Step 1 Tools: Jack Block for Rear end 12mm socket 17mm offset 17mm 1/2" drive Good length breaker/johnson bar 1/2" The small extension came in handy ![http://www.dconz.com/300zx/Tools.JPG](http://www.dconz.com/300zx/Tools.JPG) Step 2 Lift Car Use the wood between the jack and diff as show or you can damage the casing. Be sure to use jack stands or blocks as I have in the pic. I did not lower the car fully onto those blocks but just put some weigth down to stabilize when cranking on the bolts. ![http://www.dconz.com/300zx/rears.JPG](http://www.dconz.com/300zx/rears.JPG) Step 3 Remove and re-assemble (one at a time) ![http://www.dconz.com/300zx/assembly.JPG](http://www.dconz.com/300zx/assembly.JPG) Step 4 Remove and replace the fronts. The are accessable from in front of the rear wheels, again do one at a time. The fronts have the bracket mounted to the frame. When replacing the assembly with the new spacer in place, start the the large nut slightly then start the 2 bolts on the braket but do not tighten those first. You will have a gap between the subframe and the bracket and it will look like its not going to snug up.Tighten the large subframe nut down tight and you will snug the bracket up and be able to tighten the bolts with ease. ![http://www.dconz.com/300zx/front_access.JPG](http://www.dconz.com/300zx/front_access.JPG) Step 5 lower the car and find a nice smooth road with some sharps corners…then you’re done! ---

I have the Whiteline ones. I like them in the drag configuration for strip action, Very repeatable launches and excellent hookup. I usually run them in standard configuration. I haven’t tried in drift configuration. Anybody try subframe collars yet? ---
