what do I have to do to get one? I got screwed on ebay/paypal for about $1800 and I was able to track down the dude that fucked me over. I filled paperwork with the WSPD and the DA (or whoever does the subpoena’s) won’t subpoena paypal for me. He says that since it’s less than a certain amount, he won’t do anything. Is there another way to get a subpoena? If I get one, paypal will release all the dudes info and where the money went and what not, which will help BIG TIME. I don’t want this fucker to get away …

for very Little Money you can also Pay a company to do a Skiptrace on him. then you have Everything you could ever want to know about the guy. then Subpoena his bank and shit, put a Freeze on his account. Screw him hard ya know.
