Let it be known, I will spit in your face should you mention Fergie, Black Eyed Peas, Pink, Dave Matthews or any jam band for that matter, Ludacris, Ja Rule, most southern rap that isn’t Outkast and any other shit you would hear on pop stations. ---

That’s another indie jam I’ll never get sick of. “Junior Boys - In The Morning” is tight too, the album is good too. rap-wise, as usual there ain’t shit. being a DJ i always feel like everything people like is old to me, so i probably am a bad person to ask even though i’m like the most qualified…ha. the recent strain of Andre 3000 remixes have been ridiculous. i know you hated on outkast above, but they are the most creative group in hiphop period. don’t get the singles, get the albums. they’re the only group that can make a fucking decent album. regardless as much as i love club music, it’s hard for me to suggest it to other people since i feel like i’m the only one that listens to it 24/7! Rich Boy - Throw some Ds remix with Andre 3000 and Jim Jones Lloyd - You (original with lil wayne and the remix with andre 3000 and nas, both are tight) Walk it out remix with Andre 3000 and Jim Jones go getta - jeezy with r kelly (fire! i like jeezy though.) there’s a King Kong remix floating around, nothing special though. clipse record was good. hi-teks album was good. j dilla = slept on, another gem that came out last year (rip). you guys pretty much covered it with top40 hiphop though, ill try to tell you more shit that isn’t as accessible. for dance music, what’s blowing up right now is switch, and eric prydz has another track that’s huge overseas. check out: switch - a bit patchy switch - p diddy tell me remix (get it at my blog, [www.teamhaggard.com/dstar](http://www.teamhaggard.com/dstar) ) eric prydz - a proper education (it’s a pink floyd remix 😉 ) anything by daft punk if you slept hard all your life simian mobile disco - hustler justice vs simian - we are your friends (never be alone) \<-- shit is huge! everyone likes “justice” too, but that shit is too much for me. i would bet newman would like it, a lot of people describe it was digital hardcore. electro is coming hard in 2007 for the electronic scene. honestly though i listen to a lot of carribean shit right now…lol. ---

I just hate the rest of the southern rap/hip hop out there. P.S. thanks for the suggestions. I prefer rap with simpler beats or an unusual sound that you don’t get with mainstream. But I am a big fan of people who can actually rhyme. (i.e. my hatred for Ludacris). I love freestyle when people are actually good at it. ---
