Umm, you all realize its wet out?
NYIRP’s site says “morning showers and cloudy afternoon” Its going to be just like last week. Hell, its raining in Rochester right now.
It may clear up later on, but I certainly wouldn’t head out that way right now, until the sun hits. Last week we waited around for around 6 hours or more, just for them to open the 1/8th.

nyirp closes when the neighbors sprinklers accidentally overspray the track.

They said that last weekend too. I wonder if they will open up the quarter today. Hope so.

It was cold and test and tune didn’t get many runs. I only had 2 and put the car away after the juice. Best time was 10.96@123.3MPH spinning through 1st,2nd, and 3rd. Fourth got traction, but bogged the motor down badly. A 150 shot was too much for the car. Next time I’ll have to dual stage.
