# Sunglasses Whore Crew...

Lets discuss. Not talking about gas station sunglasses. Decent Sunglasses. What do you like?
I’ve had these $140 dollar Raybans for a year and I like them, but I had to get the hinges repaired once and it took a couple months to get the parts from Italy and the hinges are loosening up again so it’s only a matter of time till they break again.
I had a pair of $80 dollar Armani Exchanges similar to these that were pretty nice too, but one of the welds (?) broke at the nose bridge so they’re garbage.
So I’m looking to get a new pair. I’d prefer not to, but if dropping a couple hundo means they’ll last through a couple of years of normal wear and tear and come with polarized lenses, then so be it. I’m not opposed to plastic frames as long as I don’t look like a poser ski bum in them. (I don’t ski.)
Aviators are out. They make me look like this guy.
I like these a lot, but I’m not sure if I like them to the tune of $200+.
So what do you think? What do you like? Bolle has a nice selection of polarized sunglasses at the $100 dollar price point. Any good?

Polarized is the way to go.
If your asking for opinion though, you dont really know until you try the pair on (unless someone can photoshop the glasses on your face like we do with proposed wheels on a car lmao).
I have always loved Ray Ban, Oakley, and Spy but im young and have young taste.
Prada has some REALLY nice mens frames out right now too actually.

Yeah, Smith and Spy are a lot alike. If you like that “style,” also try Electric. All of theses companies started in ski/snowboard goggles though so their frames might be that look you’re not going for lol.

I got these for $295 in Long Island. They are the most durable and best sunglasses I own. I beat the hell out of them and have had them for years. Lenses are amazing too.
I also got these recently but haven’t worn them.

stop by urban on elmwood. we carry ray ban, oakley, smith, spy, arnette, von zipper, and designer brands like d&g, persol, ralph, prada, etc. we’re also typically 10% less expensive than sunglass hut or other large retailers

i had these
and these…
just sold both.
also sold the spy haymakers
and just bought these…and love em.

:lol: I tried those on in white and burst out laughing because all I could think of was the storm trooper lotus. I’m jealous that you can pull the look of those off. I just look like a goon in most wraparound plastic frames. 😛

hahaha…yea i know what u mean. there are some glasses i can pull off…and some i cannot. i was def shocked when i tried those on cause they fit and looked perfect.

I have a pair of Arnette Rage that I got for free. (compliments of Marlboro and I don’t even smoke)
They seem like decent sunglasses. Not sure I would wear them though.
They look better on the wife than on me.
They don’t seem that much better than my $10 ones.
Its all the same to me when a 2 y/o grabs them off your head and starts spreading them apart.

three days after paying $100 for these i went to the outlet and found them for $59
