OP can also consider Aprilia SXV’s, ain’t cheap.

Most people can’t even deal with lubing their chain at 500…:lol.

IMO, SuMo’s are fun track/race bike; not sure if they will make good street bikes; If you want something “sensible” for street riding, SuMo’s are probably you last choice.

Obviously, I never own one so may be other members will have more/better insight.
