I thought the headline was a typo…the Russian government resigned?

> **[Russia's government just resigned, says a report citing the prime minister](https://www.cnbc.com/2020/01/15/russian-government-has-resigned-report-says-citing-pm.html)**
>
> Russia's government has resigned to make way for major new constitutional changes in the country.

i read elsewhere that there is a process where they’ll form a new govt anyways. could just be alarmism as stated.
