Ok well I just dropped a Sr20det (S15) into my 95 240sx everything is done and ready its cranking over but it just wont start.It sputters like its almost going to start I got tons of fuel and fire but she just wont kick anybody got any ideas we thought it was the timing but we checked that and it seems to be right.I need help!!! ---

Could be the cam timing it out a tooth or two. Make sure that the cam gears are lined up properly. You said you have spark and fuel? All vacumn lines and intercooler piping hooked up and shit? ---

Like Damien asked, are you using the right computer? Check things like your crank angle sensor, check your timing again (1 tooth out = 4 degrees off). Maybe even try a compression test/leak down test just to see what you come up with. You never know… ---

well I was going to run a power FC but we had some problems with it for some reason it doesnt run anything at all not sure whats wrong with it so for now I have a stock S15 ecu.we checked all the piping and shit and everything seems ok there was alot of fuel on the plugs so we think it might be flooded we are going to clean out the the cylenders and try it with new plugs. ---

you might need new injectors then, pressure test them if u can. ---

well I guess I dont have full spark checked it all again so now I only have spark on 2 cylinders 1 and 3 I think it is.This swap is really starting to piss me off I am so close to being done. ---

well we figured out the problem the fucking importer send an s13 ecu I guess you can make them work by chipping them or some shit I HATE THIS SWAP GRRRR ---
