# t-mobile ftl

Well i called tmobile service and they are sending me a new phone (same one ugh). but they are 1day mailing it, free of charge and said if i have another problem with this phone they will allow me to change the type of phone i have. i still think tmobile signal sucks, but i think their service department has been great.

does anyone here live near/around lake erie? do you get good signal with the company you have? Im about 150ft from the lake in derby and i cant pick up tmobile, it switches to rogers and then charges me roaming and long distance when i call.

tmobile says they have the area covered… but i get no signal, maps arent worth anything

I’m fed up, I went n dropped my plan down today, But ive just decided Im going to cricket.  
Its a steady 25$ cheaper and unlimited everything.  
Plus they keep growing, so the coverage lapses arent as bad as they use to be.  
Normally everywhere My tmobile dosent work, only a few of them places crickets don’t work, so I say they are doing better.

I’m going to cancel soon, its only 200$ plus my bill for this current month.
