Booze, not pos built vipers and their ripoff tuner 😉 Jammesfagasisi’s 25th is off the dyno and running now? Was still strapped down when GTR was getting the toons. I dunno. Back in the day these seemed to be the turbo " of choice" for poopra owners. Like Trust T78-T88 stuff just rings a bell. I would say 3L+ I don’t build to-the-moon HP stuff. Hell if you put that kid of power in the shit I build you would certainly die a most horrible death. ---

Hell if you put that kid of power in the shit I build you would certainly die a most horrible death. the GReddy t78-t88 turbos were not actually 78 or 88mm. the T78-33d(most common T78) was a 65.8mm inducer aka T66 in the garrett/pte world the T88-34D = T70 in Garrett spec. both still quite sizeable. but such dated turbochargers by todays standards. loads of supra guys are still running 76mm turbos though, with the new Billet 76 from precision, and garretts new billet wheels… even the new precision 71mm Billet. its making over 900rwhp. pretty amazing for a smallish 71mm ---

now this is a bone stock 5.3 in a WS6 with a 78mm turbo vs a 2.3 whipple cobra that trans am is a little under 800rwhp on 14psi or some shit lol BTW, when the cobra started reeling in at the end, its cause the WS6 let off…there was a thread about this on tech. ---
