# tach ( rpm gauge) stop working

well the last coulpe day my tach has been going wonky and now it wont work so i took it apart to day to see if it was fixable but no …no its not i think the problem is the lil computer thing that attches to the needle so where can i get a new one and how much would it be worth it just to buy an after market tach or what?

Same thing happend to my car, the techs at the Nissan dealership said you just have to replace the Tach on the cluster or replace the whole gauge cluster itself.
Go to a junk shop and find another gauge cluster ~50 bux.

check the fuse in the kick panel there before u take it apart. i thought i had tach issue too then i found a blown fuse.

If you do end up needing a cluster PM 1mns13. Last time I saw him he had like 3 of them.

Well, my car is stock so which everone is “tach”. i dont know if the jdm fuse panel is the same as mine.
